Commercial Terms

All sales of BNA BARIX products and services are governed by these Terms and Conditions unless superseded by a separately executed written agreement. By placing any order or engaging BNA BARIX for project consultancy or system supply, you agree to these terms.

Quotations and Orders

Quotations provided by BNA BARIX are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Orders are accepted subject to written confirmation from BNA BARIX. BNA BARIX reserves the right to decline any order without obligation to provide a reason.

Pricing

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Freight, insurance, and handling charges are additional and will be specified in the quotation. BNA BARIX reserves the right to revise prices at any time. Accepted orders will be honored at the quoted price for the validity period.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed unless expressly committed in writing. BNA BARIX shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, customs clearance, force majeure events, or acts of government.

Warranty

BNA BARIX products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of delivery unless otherwise specified in the product documentation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, or environmental conditions beyond the specified operating range.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from BNA BARIX. Cancellation of accepted orders may be subject to cancellation charges depending on the stage of order processing and procurement. Custom-configured or project-specific orders may not be cancellable once production has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

BNA BARIX total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the goods or services delivered under the relevant order. BNA BARIX shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages regardless of the cause of action.
